To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peak Roofing and its providers disclaim express, implied, statutory, and other warranties relating to the Website, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, reliability, compatibility, and security.

Peak Roofing does not guarantee that:

  • The Website will operate without interruption or error.

  • A roof will never leak or sustain future storm damage.

Roofing performance depends on factors including installation quality, existing roof condition, material condition, ventilation, roof pitch, structural movement, drainage, maintenance, weather, hail, wind, trees, debris, and third-party work.

The Website does not replace an on-site inspection, structural evaluation, written estimate, manufacturer instructions, safety procedures, permit requirements, or signed service agreement.

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property and work areas.

You are responsible for:

  • Informing Us of known hazards
